| Description | The black PG 11 locknut serves the same retaining function as the standard zinc-plated version but is manufactured from black plastic or finished with a black coating, making it visually consistent with dark-coloured installation enclosures, black cable glands and industrial equipment. The PG 11 size conforms to DIN 40430 and is compatible with all matching PG 11 glands for cables with an outer diameter of 5 to 10 mm. The locknut is fitted on the inside of the enclosure wall and provides a mechanically stable lock on the gland, improving vibration resistance and strain relief. The black finish is widely used in trailer construction, vehicle electrical systems and outdoor enclosures where a uniform appearance is required. Supplied in packs of 10 for efficient use across multiple cable entry points. |
