| Description | The Deutsch DT-6P is a 6-pin receptacle from the DT connector series, supplied complete with contacts and a wedge lock. With 6 contact positions, this connector provides sufficient capacity for more complex electrical systems in vehicles, trailers, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment. The DT series is engineered for use in harsh environments, offering protection against moisture, dust, and mechanical loads. The housing is manufactured from glass-filled nylon, delivering mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals including fuels, lubricants, and cleaning agents. The included contacts are rated for a maximum of 13 A per contact and are terminated to cable conductors by crimping. Designed to mate with the corresponding DT04-6P plug, the connector conforms to Deutsch DT series specifications. The wedge lock mechanically retains the contacts within the housing, preventing displacement due to vibration or cable tension. Reliable performance is maintained across a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, with compatibility for both 12 V DC and 24 V DC systems.
