| Description | This black adhesive-free heat shrink tubing has a starting diameter of 3.2 mm and shrinks to 1.6 mm when heated, giving a 2:1 shrink ratio. Supplied in a 5-metre length, it is well suited for workshop use or larger installation projects. The small diameter makes this tubing ideal for covering thin cables, individual conductors, small connectors and solder joints in compact electrical assemblies. The polyolefine material resists oils, fuels and common chemicals. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The black, UV-resistant finish makes the product suitable for outdoor use or visible installations exposed to sunlight. Without an adhesive layer, the tubing delivers electrical insulation and mechanical protection only. Applicable in automotive, trailer and industrial wiring in 12V and 24V environments.
