| Description | The closed polypropylene conduit with an outer diameter of 40mm and an inner diameter of 35mm is the largest version in this series and is intended for cable runs with high bundle density or thick individual cables. The 35mm internal space allows multiple cables, control lines or combinations of power and control cables to be jointly protected through a single routing. The closed wall construction of polypropylene resists mechanical wear, vibrations and chemical substances such as lubricants, hydraulic fluids and mild acids. There is no longitudinal opening, which fundamentally differentiates this conduit from split versions and guarantees a higher degree of protection in harsh environments. The conduit is supplied as a 25-metre coil, immediately usable without intermediate connections for longer installation runs. Application areas include heavy trailers, semi-trailers with extensive electrical systems, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and industrial production lines where cable management and mechanical protection are simultaneously required. The flexibility of the material is maintained even at this larger diameter, enabling installation through tight bends and narrow passages. |
