| Description | The FHLR2GCB2G 4mm² HV cable is a single-core high-voltage cable designed for electric and hybrid vehicle wiring where a smaller conductor cross-section meets the required current-carrying capacity. At 4mm², this cable is suited for secondary HV circuits, higher-power signal connections or shorter interconnecting sections within a vehicle's high-voltage architecture. It complies with the FHLR2GCB2G standard and is rated for nominal voltages up to 600V AC or 900V DC. The finely stranded copper conductor provides good flexibility, simplifying installation in confined spaces and along complex routing paths through vehicle structures. The orange outer sheath immediately identifies the cable as a high-voltage component, in line with the international colour standard for HV systems in automotive applications. The cable is chemically resistant to engine oils, coolants and brake fluids, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
