High voltage cable FHLR2GCB2G 2x6mm² per meter

The FHLR2GCB2G high-voltage cable in the 2x6mm² configuration is a 2-core cable developed for electric vehicles and hybrid systems where two independent 6mm² conductors within a single cable assembly are required.

Compliant with LV 216, this cable is suited for battery, inverter and charging system applications in electric vehicles operating under high-voltage conditions.

Each conductor is composed of fine-stranded tinned copper, ensuring low resistance and the flexibility needed for routing through narrow cable ducts and confined installation spaces.

Individual XLPE insulation per core provides thermal resistance up to 125°C, while the shared EVOH and TPE outer sheath protects reliably against oils, coolants and mechanical stress.

The orange outer sheath meets international safety standards for high-voltage cables in motor vehicles and enables immediate visual identification.

Rated for voltages up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, this cable is supplied per metre.
