| Description | The EV charging cable Type 2 for 3-phase charging with a maximum current of 16A per phase and a length of 2 metres is designed for compact charging solutions where limited storage space is a requirement. The cable is equipped with a Type 2 plug (IEC 62196-2) on both ends and supports 3-phase charging in accordance with the European standard. At 3-phase 16A, the cable delivers a maximum charging capacity of 11kW, which is considerably faster than 1-phase charging and particularly suited for vehicles with a 3-phase on-board charger. The short cable length of 2 metres makes the cable ideal for use at business premises, parking garages and charging stations where the vehicle is parked directly next to the charging post. The robust outer sheath is resistant to mechanical wear, UV exposure and temperature fluctuations, significantly extending the service life in outdoor environments. The locking mechanisms in both Type 2 connectors secure the connection during the charging process and prevent unintended disconnection.
